摘要
利用三维建模软件Pro/E对一种新型管片拼装机进行三维建模,然后将其导入仿真软件ADAMS中。利用AD-AMS对管片拼装机工作过程的3种典型工况进行运动学、动力学仿真与分析,分析结果验证了设计的合理性。
Three-dimensional model of a segment erector was set up using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E, and then the model was imported into simulation software ADAMS. Using ADAMS, kinematics, dynamic simulation and analyses for three typical operating conditions of the segment erector were made. The analysis results demonstrate the rationality of the design.
