摘要
针对在现实的生产过程中某些工序间的先后关系并不是确定的,对现有的顺序矩阵理论加以改进,定义了模糊顺序矩阵来表示生产线工序间的物流关系,并运用信息熵的理论对工序间的物流不确定程度进行评价,提出了评价生产线不确定性的一般步骤,从而得到生产系统的不确定性指数。采用该评价方法,提高了工作效率,并降低了生产成本。
Aiming at the process in real production line, there were some uncertainties between any two working procedures, the current sequence matrix theory was improved, the fuzzy sequence matrix was defined to express the logistics relationship between the operations in production line, and the logistics uncertainty was evaluated by the theory of information entropy. The common steps were put forward to evaluate the uncertainty of the production line. Thereby, the uncertainty index of the production system was acquired. By using this evaluation method, the working efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
