摘要
按照铝蜂窝板的生产工艺,利用ANSYS建立了铝蜂窝夹层板的实体有限元模型和Y等效模型,并在蜂窝板大小、蒙皮与夹芯高度之比、夹芯胞元壁厚和夹芯胞元大小等不同情况下,计算出2种模型在四边固支条件下的固有频率。经分析对比可知,2种模型在蜂窝个数达到一定数目时,数值仿真结果具有较高一致性。
Established the entity finite element model and Y equivalent model based on ANSYS according to the production process. Under differ-ent circumstances of plate size, skin and sandwich height ratio, sandwich height, cell size, calculate the natural frequency of the two models in the clamped conditions, analysis and comparison, obtained the two models in cellular number reach to a certain number, the numerical simulation result has high consistency.
