摘要
针对工业领域制造生产过程中所消耗的电力能源,提出了一种通过RFID技术采集生产加工过程的能耗信息,并通过ZigBee无线网络传输到控制终端,终端评估系统根据相应的优化策略给出优化方案的解决思路,来实现对工业能源的有效监测,并着重讲述了能耗采集传输系统中的硬件电路设计和程序流程。实际测试结果表明,这种网络传输方式能够准确地将能耗值传递到终端能耗评估系统,同时网络结构简单,组网容易,移植性强,具备较强的应用前景。
As the electric energy consumes much in the industrial manufacturing field, this pa-per puts forward a kind of energy saving strategy which focus on the collection of energy consump-tion through the RFID technology and the ZigBee wireless network. All the information will be trans-fered to the terminal device. Terminal evaluation system gives optimization strategy to improve the technological process. The paper emphasizes on the hardware design and the program flow chart of col-lecting and transmission on energy consumption. The actual test result shows that the network transmission mode can accurately transfer con-sumption value to terminal device. With the feature of simple structure and strong portability, this syetem will be widely used in many other areas.
