With the different process of cold extrusion, the internal stress-strain of the parts will different, So, it is very important to us to reduce the forming pressure and improve the mould life , when design of cold extrusion. In this pa- per, mould（ with hole or without hole） will be discussed, and the different stress- strain of the cold extrusion parts and other parameters will be compared. Last, the best design of cold extrusion forming will be concluded.
