摘要 搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)技术从发明至今得到了迅速发展,株机公司率先将这项技术引入国内交通车辆铝合金轨道车辆制造领域。本文分析了搅拌摩擦焊在轨道车辆上应用的可行性和基本工艺方法,重点介绍了6XXX系列中空挤压型材FSW接头与MIG焊接头的金相结构和力学性能对比分析。 Friction stir welding(FSW) had been developed promptly since it was invented, CSR has successfully in- troduced FSW to aluminum rail carriage panels manufacturing in China. The article analysed the possibility and basic weld- ing procedure which FSW applied to aluminum rail carriage panels, contrasted macro etch construction and stress perform- ance which appeared from hollow extrusion 6XXX FSW welding joint and MIG welding joint.
