摘要
以四平市区为研究区域,2002—2010年数据为基础,利用偏离-份额分析模型,测算了四平市产业结构与土地利用结构的效益,通过比较分析和灰色关联度模型探讨了两者的关系。结果表明:四平市产业结构与土地利用结构出现"错位",今后应根据产业结构演变规律优化产业结构,并从节约集约利用土地的角度,运用地价杠杆及政策引导产业选址,促进经济持续发展。
Coordinated development of industrial structure and land use structure is the foundation of intensified use of land resources as well as a major guarantee for the achievement of sustainable economic development. Based on the statistical data of 2002--2010, this paper firstly estimates the efficiency of industrial structure and land use structure of Siping City by means of the shift-share analysis model, and then investigates the relationship between the two structures applying comparative analysis method and grey correlation model. The result shows that "misplacement" exists in the relationship between the two structures of Siping City and that the city should optimize its industrial structure based on the evolution of the industrial structure and guide the location of industries using the land price leverage and the policy from the angle of economical and intensive utilization of land, promoting sustainable economic development.
