基于DEA方法的新疆玛纳斯县植棉农户农地流转规模效益分析

Analysis of Scale Benefit of Cotton Growers' Land Transfer in Manasi County of Xinjiang Based on DEA Method

农地流转是扩大农业经营规模和提高农业生产收益的手段,而流转后能否产生规模效益将直接影响农地流转的推进。在实地调查的基础上,运用DEA模型对玛纳斯县下属5个乡镇进行农地流转规模效益分析。结果显示其中4个乡为DEA有效,1个乡为非DEA有效,并对非DEA有效决策单元进行改进。在此基础上,建议DEA有效乡镇继续适度增加投入,而非DEA有效乡镇节约成本和内部挖潜,以期规模效益的进一步提高。

Farmland transfer is one of the ways to enlarge the scale of production and the agricultural production gains, and the efficiency of the transfer will have a direct impact on the advance of farmland transfer. Based on the data of the investigations made by the authors, this paper employs the DEA method to analyze the efficiency of farmland transfer in five towns of Manasi County, with the result that 4 DEAs are effective and 1 ineffective. It is suggested that the effective DEAs should continue to increase input, and the ineffective DEAs should reduce the cost of production and discover internal potential so as to further improve the scale efficiency.
