摘要
为弥补我国农村能源消费碳排放研究的不足,提供农村地区节能减排的合理方向和对策建议,以湖北省天门市某土地整理项目为例,从工程预算表出发,估算该项目在能源消费视角下的CO2排放量。研究结果表明:该土地整理项目能源消费CO2排放量为6.98×103 t,水泥和火电是最主要的碳源;农田水利单位工程量的CO2排放量最高,为4.26t/100m3,各类土地整理工程的CO2排放强度与主要材料的CO2排放系数、工程定额标准有关;土地整理CO2排放量大小与研究的系统边界和活动水平有关。因此农村土地整理能源消费CO2排放应受到重视,可从科学编制土地整理工程预算、优化土地整理方案,以及加强水泥、钢铁等能源密集型产业的清洁生产等方面为农村能源消费碳减排提供建议。
In order to offset inadequate study in China of carbon emission relevant to rural energy consumption and to provide reasonable orientation and suggestions for the energy saving and emission reduction in rural areas, this paper first analyzes the engineering budget sheet and then calculates the carbon emission from the angle of energy consumption, with a project of rural land consolidation in Tianmen City, Hubei Province as a case. The results indicate that the amount of carbon emissions related to energy consumption of this project total 6.98 ×10^3 t with cement and power being the main carbon sources, and that the carbon emission of per quantity of farmland hydraulic engineering is the largest, about 4.26 t/100 m3. The carbon emissions intensity of various types of land consolidation project is mainly related to the carbon emission coefficient of major project materials and relevant land consolidation engineering quota standards. Furthermore, the carbon emission amount concerns the boundary of the research system and the activity level. Therefore, great attention should be paid to the carbon emission in land consolidation related to energy consumption. It is concluded that scientifically organizing the land consolidation engineering budget, optimizing the land consolidation plan, and improving the cleaner production in the energy intensive industry such as cement and steel, could reduce the rural carbon emission from energy consumption.
