This paper uses the methods of documentation and systematic engineering and constructs an evaluation system for post-evaluation of industrial land through of policy orientation evaluation, efficiency evaluation, utilization and investment intensity assessment, environmental impact assessment, and development effect evaluation, does a comprehensive analysis of and grasps the implementation and the benefit of industrial land, for the purpose of promoting the long-term management of intensive and economical land use and providing evidence for taking the relevant measures.
