我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状分析

An Analysis of the Situation of Competitive Sports Backup Talents Cultivation in China

通过分析现阶段我国竞技体育后备人才培养主要途径的困境及一些成功的社会培养模式不具备推广性的形成原因,认为把竞技体育、社会体育、学校体育进行合理的结合,对少年、儿童运动员的学习有一定的法律保障,探索出国人喜爱的集体大项优秀运动员培养方法,我国将成为世界体育强国。

This paper analyses the difficulties of the approaches, by which the Competitive Sports Backup Talents are cultivated, and explores the reasons why some successful social cultivating mode can not be generalized. It suggests that competitive sports, social sports and school sports be properly combined, that teenager athletes＇ education be guaranteed by law, and ways of producing elite athletes of popular team sports be explored. All this will help realize the dream of a sport power.
