地方高校是为区域培养外语导游员后备力量的主力军。鉴于辽西区域外语导游员数量紧缺和外流现象严重的现状,对辽西区域高校培养外语导游员后备力量的策略进行研究,提出地方高校既要配合当地导游管理服务公司,又要携手当地旅游局的总体策略;阐述了地方高校进行外语导游员后备力量选拔、外语导游词文本材料的准备、外语导游员集中强化培训和外语导游员实地演练的具体实施方案。
