杂交水稻新品种的抗倒性及其与茎秆性状关系分析 被引量:2

摘要 选用福建省农科院水稻研究所新育成的恢复系HK02作父本,与近年国内新育成的三系、两系不育系作母本,杂交配组成金生S/HK02等11个品种为试验材料,以生产上大面积推广应用的品种Ⅱ优明86、宜优673为对照,采用濑古氏提出的测定"倒伏指数"大小确定植株抗倒性状的方法,分析了供试材料茎秆性状与抗倒性关系,以期通过试验为这些新品种的推广提供一些参考。结果表明,倒伏指数与株高呈极显著正相关,与抗折力呈极显著负相关,与节间壁的厚度呈显著负相关;在11个试验材料中,湖南44 A/HK02在所有供试品种中最抗倒,川香29A/HK02等品种比较抗倒,新安S/HK02品种的抗倒性最差。 11 hybrid rice combinations such as Jinsheng S/HK02, derived from the cross of newly developed threeline or two-line male sterile lines in recent years and new restorer line HK02 bred by Rice Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agrieuhural Sciences, were studied and analyzed on their relationships between eulm traits and lodging resistance by using Laigu's method of determining lodging index to evaluate the ability of plant lodging resistance, compared to cultivars 1] Youming 86 and Yiyou 673 with a large-scale areas. The results showed that lodging index had a closely positive significant relation to plant height, but a closely negative significant relation to breaking strength, negative significant relation to thickness of node wall. Among 11 hybrid rice combinations, the best resistant lodging combination was Hunan 44A/HK02, the second was Chuanxiang 29A/HK02, etc., and the worst was Xin'an S/HK02.
