摘要
软岩巷道底鼓严重影响了新桥矿井下巷道的正常使用。分析了巷道围岩力学性质和支护形式,提出锚网索喷+全断面注浆加固底板控制巷道底鼓的方案,通过相似模拟实验对改进前后的支护形式进行了模拟对比分析。实验结果及工程实践表明,锚网索喷和全断面注浆支护技术可显著提高底板岩体的强度和承载能力,有效控制巷道底板变形。
Soft rock roadway floor heave makes a negative impact on the ordinary usage of roadways in Xinqiao Mine. In this paper, an analysis on the physical properties and supporting form of surrounding rocks was made,and the plan that controll roadway floor heaves by the methods of bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh and anchor cable,full-section grouting was proposed. Analysis on simulation and comparison was made for the original and the improved supporting form using similar simulation experiment. Engineering practice shows that bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh and anchor cable,full-section grouting technology can significantly enhance strength and carrying capacity of floor rocks, and can effectively control the distortion of roadway.
