立井揭煤区域防突瓦斯排放孔设计

摘要 为解决千米埋深特厚煤层立井揭煤防突和穿煤施工的安全问题,提出了千米井筒特厚煤层立井揭煤瓦斯排放钻孔的矩形布置方式,并以此建立排放孔的数学模型。此方法应用后,能在最快速、最简便和最规范的条件下使排放孔达到预期的目标,揭煤和穿煤期间的瓦斯浓度趋于稳定,并且实现了零超限揭开千米埋深煤层。 To solve the safety problems of vertical shaft exposing coal and construction through coal seam in extremely-thick coal seam with 1 000 m buried depth,rectangular arrangement method of gas drainage boreholes was proposed in vertical shaft exposing coal in extremely-thick coal seam with 1 000 m buried depth. Based on this method,the mathematical model of gas drainage boreholes was estab- lished. The application of this method reached the expected target in the fastest, easiest and most standardized conditions, the gas con- centration tended to be stable in coal exposing and construction through coal seam, and uncovered thick coal seam with 1 000 m buried depth without gas overlimits.
