摘要
依据JJF 1076-2001《湿度传感器校准规范》,以二级分流式湿度发生器、精密露点仪、精密露点仪温度传感器为标准器,以VAISALA的HM70型手持式温湿度传感器为研究对象,开展温湿度传感器相对湿度示值误差的试验研究,给出其测量结果的不确定度评定方法和步骤。在相对湿度10%RH^90%RH时,HM70温湿度传感器测量结果的扩展不确定度为1.2%RH^1.7%RH(k=2)。
According to JJF 1076-2001 Calibration Specification of Humidity Sensors, the humidity indication error measurement of temperature and humidity sensors (handheld HMT0 of VAISALA) was researched. The standard devices include a secondary standard divided flow humidity generator, a chilled-mirror dew-point hygrometer, and a platinum resistance thermometer. The method of humidity measurement uncertainty evaluation was introduced. The expanded uncertainty of measured humidity was 1.2%RH -1.7%RH (k=2) when the standard humidity was 10%RH-90%RH.
