摘要
借助人力资源管理指数法,来分析独立学院目前人力资源管理的现状,包括用人机制、组织结构、冲突管理等,从交易成本入手,提出独立学院人力资源管理中的人性假设,并以人性假设为出发点,论述独立学院人力资源管理中的交易成本与制度建设,认为成功的人力资源管理制度将有利于降低交易成本,提高办学效率。
This paper analyzes the current situation of the human resources management in independent colleges through the research method of human resource index, including personnel mechanism, organization structure and conflict management, etc. The human nature assumption in human resources management in independent colleges is pointed out from the angle of transaction cost, the starting point from which to explore the transaction cost and human resources management system construction in independ- ent colleges. Successful human resources management system helps to reduce transaction cost and improves the efficiency of colle- ges.
