摘要
根据沿海某省天然气管网供需情况,分析供需月、日和时的用气不均匀性。根据天然气用户的特点,建议省管网承担用户的月调峰需求和电厂用户的时调峰需求,其余用户的日和时调峰需求由下游城市自行承担。据此原则计算该省天然气的月、日和时调峰需求,分别提出各自的调峰方案。重点分析省管网的月调峰,分别对新建浮式LNG汽化和接收终端方案、调整船期方案、新增储罐方案、调整船期与新增储罐结合方案进行论证分析。分析结果表明:浮式LNG汽化和接受终端方案技术尚未成熟;新增储罐方案基础投资过大;调整船期方案随意性强,实际操作难度大;调整船期与新增储罐结合方案兼顾了单纯增加储罐和调整船期方案的优点,是较为合理可行的调峰方案。同时对应急状态下的储气调峰也进行了简要分析,验证了调整船期与新增储罐结合方案在气源事故等应急工况下的适应性。最后对该省关于实施LNG气源调峰提出了相关建议。
Analyzed are natural gas supply and demand in certain coastal province and their monthly,daily and hourly nonuniformity.According to characteristics of natural gas users,it is recommended that the province gas pipeline network undertakes seasonal peak shaving of users and timely peak shaving of power plants.According to the recommendation,calculated are seasonal,daily and hourly gas peak shaving requirements in the province and proposed are relative peak shaving solutions respectively based the calculation results.Mainly analyzed are several peak shaving solutions and results show that combination of ship period adjustment and tank addition is reasonable and feasible and adaptability of the recommended solution is test and verified in case of emergency working conditions.
