橇装化装置在海外气田集输工程中的应用

Application of Skid-mounted Units in Certain Overseas Gas Field Surface Gathering and Transportation System

中国石油在海外开采石油天然气的步伐不断加快,内部集输作为油气地面建设工程的重要组成部分,快速高效的建成对工程顺利投产起着不可忽视的作用,装置的高度橇装化是重要手段之一。为了更加深刻了解认识橇装化装置在海外气田集输工程建设中的作用,结合某海外气田内部集输工程,针对工程难点,将装置橇装化与传统的现场安装固定设备的方式进行对比,对橇装化装置的独特优势进行了分析研究,简要介绍了橇装化装置在该工程的应用成果。装置橇装化有着巨大的发展潜力,不仅能够缩短气田建设工期,保证建设质量,方便维护管理,而且能有效降低工程的基础建设投资。

In continuous and rapid development of overseas exploitation of domestic oil companies,gathering and transportation system is an important part of oil and gas field surface engineering construction,its fast and efficient completion plays a significant role to any one project and an important means of speeding up its construction and completion is to adopt skid-mounted units as many as possible.In order to more deeply understand the effects of skid-mounted units in overseas gas field gathering and transportation project construction,combined with certain overseas gas field gathering and transportation project,compared is field installation of skid-mounted units with traditional fixed equipment,analyzed are unique advantages of skid-mounted units and described briefly is application of skid-mounted units in the project.Results show that application of skid-mounted units can not only speed up gas field construction,ensure construction quality and bring about convenience for operation and maintenance,but also reduce investment of the whole project effectively.Skid-mounted units have huge development potential.
