摘要 以水解异丙醇铝所制备的γ-氧化铝为骨料,经模压、焙烧制备了多孔氧化铝载体,并对其结构形貌和物理性能进行了分析研究。结果表明,该载体具有热膨胀系数小、抗热震性好、孔径大、比表面积大等诸多优点,在汽车尾气净化方面有着广阔的应用前景。 The porous alumina carriers were prepared by compression molding and roasting,with γ-alumina produced by hydrolysis of aluminium isopropoxide as the aggregate. Their structure and morphology, phys-ical properties were researched and analyzed. The results show that the carrier has lots of advantages, such as smaller thermal expansion coefficient ,better thermal shock resistance, larger pore size and specific sur-face area,so that it has a wide application prospect in automotive exhaust purification.
