天然沸石处理稀土冶炼厂氨氮废水的研究 被引量:3

摘要 取河南巩义和浙江缙云两地天然斜发沸石对某稀土冶炼厂末端氨氮废水进行吸附试验,研究了各工艺条件对氨氮去除效果的影响。结果表明,天然斜发沸石对氨氮废水有很好的去除效果。取粒径小于0.106mm的缙云沸石11.0g,调节pH值为7.8,控制反应温度为45℃,对200mL浓度为61mg/L的氨氮废水,进行0.5h除氨氮反应,氨氮去除率可达92%以上,处理后废水中氨氮浓度为4.88mg/L。 The adsorption experiments were conducted of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from rare earth smelter,with nature clinoptilolites in Henan Gongyi and Zhejiang Jinyun. The influences of various process conditions on ammonia-nitrogen removal rate were investigated. The results show that natural clinophilo-lites have good effects of ammonia-nitrogen removal from the wastewater. For 200 mL wastewater with ammonia-nitrogen concentration of 61 mg/L,the ammonia-nitrogen removal rate can be over 92% and its concentration is 4.88 mg/L in the treated wastewater under the conditions of Jinyun zeolite dosage 11.0 g and its particle size ≤0. 106 mm,pH=7.8,reaction temperature 45 ℃ ,and reaction time 0.5 h.
