TA15钛合金薄板平直度控制工艺初探

摘要 根据长期积累的钛及钛合金轧制经验以及TA15钛合金的性能特点,设计了TA15钛合金薄板的1#轧制方案,并按照1#轧制方案试制了140 kg TA15钛合金薄板。分析影响薄板板形的主要因素为:①热轧工作辊的冷却;②单向轧制。提出了解决薄板平直度的2#轧制方案,并按照2#轧制方案又试制了205 kg TA15钛合金薄板。结果表明,改进后的2#轧制方案制备出的TA15钛合金薄板,满足18 mm/m平直度要求,板形的一次检验合格率为94%,且各项性能指标达到标准要求。 Based on rolling experience and properties of TA15 titanium alloy, 1^# rolling scheme was made and TA15 titanium alloy sheets of 140 kg were produced. And the main influence factors like cooling of working roll and single-direction rolling were also investigated. It was found that cooling rolls and rolling in single direction during hot rolling affected the flatness of sheets. Then 205 kg sheets were produced successfully by improved 2^# rolling scheme, and re-suits show that the ratio which meets the 18 mm/m flatness requirement is 94%, and properties meet the requirements.
