影响镁还原制海绵钛底皮钛生成量的因素及控制措施

摘要 通过论述底皮钛的生成机理,分析了底皮钛生成量的3个影响因素,探索了降低底皮钛生成量的途径。通过提高原料镁的质量、对液体镁进行净化、降低前期加料速度、提高器具洁净程度、预排氯化镁5项措施,使每炉底皮钛的生成量降低约59.8 kg,海绵钛产品的合格率由89.41%提高到91.58%。 The mechanism of the bottom titanium sponge generation during the production of titanium sponge by magnesium reduction was discussed firstly, and influence factors on the generation were analyzed, then approaches for reducing the mass of bottom titanium sponge were explored. The results show that the mass of bottom titanium sponge can reduce 59.8 kg in each furnace, and the qualification rate can be improved from 89.41% to 91.58% by following measurements: improve the quality of the raw material of magnesium, purify the liquid magnesium, reduce the speed of feeding in raw material at early stage, increase the cleanliness of appliances and pre-exhaust magnesium chloride.
