肩袖全层破裂镜下单双排缝合短期疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肩袖全层破裂镜下单双排缝合短期疗效比较。方法对58例存在肩袖撕裂患者分为观察组及对照组。观察组26例,行双排固定缝合;对照组16例,行单排固定缝合。手术前后以加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)及美国肩与肘协会评分系统(ASES)评分表量化。结果两组均获得随访,随访时间3~24个月,两组术后ASES评分及UCLA评分差异均无统计学意义(=0.08、0.35,均>0.05)。患者满意度观察组比对照组好,观察组可更早1~2周活动,固定时间更短,患者睡眠质量会更好。结论双排固定缝合在力量上占优,相对于单排固定缝合,患者满意度也较高。
