PFNA治疗不同类型股骨粗隆间骨折44例疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of 44 different types of intertrochanteric fracture of PFNA

目的观察PFNA治疗不同类型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效,分析其适用性。方法应用PFNA内固定治疗不同类型股骨粗隆间骨折,观察骨折的术前牵引时间、手术时间、术中出血、术中输血、术后并发症、住院天数、临床愈合时间、术后下地时间、Harris髋关节功能评分等指标。结果 44例病例均得到随访,髋关节功能恢复良好。结论 PFNA以手术操作创伤较小,内固定稳定可靠的特点,在各类型股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗可以广泛应用。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of different types of intertrochanteric fracture by the PFNA, and to analyze its applicability. Methods Femoral intertrochanteric fractures were classified into Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ type by Evans parting. PFNA internal fixation was applied to treat different types of intertroehanterie fracture. Observation was made of traction time, operation time,intraopera- tive bleeding,postoperative blood, hospital stay, time before walking, clinical healing time, Harris hip function score, the postoperative complications and index. Results 44 cases recovered without postoperative complications. Conclusion PFNA is used in various types of intertroehanterie fractures treatment with advantages of resistance to rotary stability and simple operation.
