孕康糖浆治疗早期先兆流产150例临床分析

A clinical analysis of Yunkang syrup to teat 150 early threatened abonion

目的探讨孕康糖浆治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法将该院早期先兆流产患者150例随机对照分为治疗组、对照组1和对照组2,治疗组予孕康糖浆治疗,对照组1予黄体酮胶丸治疗,对照组2予孕康糖浆,黄体酮胶丸联合治疗,比较各组药物疗效和副作用。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组1(P<0.05),而与对照组2比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论说明孕康糖浆治疗早期先兆流产疗效好,无毒副作用,无禁忌证,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the clinic efficacy of Yunkang syrup in the treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods 150 early threatened abonion in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups：the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2. The treatment group accepted Yunkang syrup therapy. Control group 1 accepted progesterone soft capsules therapy. Control group 2 ac- cepted Yunkang syrup combined with progesterone soft capsules therapy. And the efficacy and side effects of each group were Compared. Results The efficacy of treatment group was better than control group 1 （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, and there are no significant difference While com- pared with the control group 2 （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ~unkang syrup in treating the early threatened abonion has good efficacy, with no toxic side effect, and no contraindication. So it can be widely used in clinic.
