摘要 血管内超声(intravenous ultrasound,IVUS)是无创性的超声技术和有创性的导管技术相结合的一种新的诊断方法。相对于通过造影剂填充管腔来间接反映冠状动脉血管上的病变的冠脉造影,IVUS可以准确掌握血管的管壁形态及狭窄程度,在诊断冠状动脉病变程度、指导支架置入,以及植入后对冠状动脉的评价发挥着重要的作用。 Intravascular ultrasound( intravenous ultrasound, IVUS)is a new diagnostic method which combines a non-invasive ultrasound technology with an invasive catheter technology. Relative to coronary angiography which indirectly reflects coronary artery lesions in con- trast agent filled lumen, IVUS can accurately grasp, the vascular wall morphology and stenosis, which also plays an important role in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis, the guidance of stent and the evaluation of the coronary stent.
