武术套路运动对青年期女性骨密度和骨代谢的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨武术套路运动对青年期女性骨密度和骨代谢的影响,选取青年期女性为被试,分为武术套路组和对照组,分别测试两组骨密度和骨代谢指标。实验结果显示:①武术套路组BUA(超声振幅衰减)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);②武术套路组BGP(骨钙素)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);PTH(甲状旁腺激素)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);ACP(酸性磷酸酶)稍低于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);③BUA与BGP呈正相关,与PTH、ACP呈负相关。结论:武术套路运动是有效提高青年期女性骨密度运动项目之一,可通过影响骨代谢来增加骨形成、减少骨吸收,提高峰值骨量,进而有效地预防绝经后骨质疏松的发生。 To investigate the impact of WUSHU routine exercise on girl's bone mineral density and metabolism during puberty, the author divided the subjects into two groups, one as the WUSHU Routine group, the other the control group. The bone mineral density and metabolism of both groups were tested and the results showed that: ① the WUSHU Routine group's BUA was notably higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; ② the former had a higher BGP than the latter ( P 〈 0.05 ), but a lower PTH ( P 〈 0.05 ) and a slightly lower ACP with no signifi-cance; ③ a positive correlation was found between BUA and BGP, and a negative correlation between PTH and ACP. The following conclusion was reached that WUSHU Routine may be an effective physical exercise to increase the BMD for females during puberty; that WUSHU Rou- tine can improve bone's formation and reduce bone ab-sorption through influencing bone metabolism, thereby in-creasing the peak bone mass and effectively preventing OP after menopause.
