摘要 研究结合技巧啦啦操项目特征和运动员特点,通过训练实践,参考文献、专家访谈、现场观摩等方法围绕技巧啦啦操队员核心力量训练所必须遵循训练原则,突出非稳定状态下核心部位自由力量训练及稳定性训练重要性。运用小蹦床训练、倒挂悬吊、平衡盘、仰卧躺桥和多维腰腹力量训练等方法使神经系统对肌肉力量支配与控制及深层小肌群稳定和脊柱周边大肌群力量得到有效提高。为项目健康发展、为更加深入的理论与实践研究、为相关从业人员提供技术参考和研究思路。 Based on training practice, consulting the doc-uments, interviewing experts and conducting field observa-tion, this study combines the characteristics of cheerlead-ing and cheerleaders and follows the principles of core strength training of the cheerleading members. It emphasi-zes the importance of free strength training of core parts under the unstable circumstances as well as the importance of steady training. By using the methods of small trampo-line training, upside down suspension, balance disk, su-pine lying bridge and multidimensional training of the mid-dle abdomen strength, the control of nervous system over muscular strength, as well as the deep small muscle group stability and the spinal peripheral muscle strength, is ef-fectively improved. The study benefits the development of cheerleading, furthers the research on the theory and prac-tice of cheerleading and provides valuable reference.
