Research on the Development of Spain Football

通过文献资料法、定性分析法和逻辑分析法对西班牙足球的组织与结构、改革与发展进行了归纳与总结。对西班牙足球发展的法律环境、西班牙足球的组织与结构、西班牙足球的竞赛体系、职业足球俱乐部财政状况等问题进行了归纳描述和深入剖析。研究发现:西班牙足球的职业化改革源于俱乐部的财政危机,1990年新体育法的通过为足球俱乐部的股份制改造提供了法律依据;职业足球联盟是联赛的实际管理方,它与西班牙足协分工明确、权责清晰;西班牙足球俱乐部的改制并不彻底,市场与政府模式共存;俱乐部的财政状况普遍不佳,西班牙足球的发展战略导向及联赛利益分配模式是导致这一状况的主要原因。

Through literature, qualitative analysis and logical analysis, the organization structure, reform and development of Spain football were summarized. The or-ganization and structure of the legal environment for the development of Spain football, competition system, pro-fessional football clubs, financial situation and other is-sues were summarized to description and in-depth analy-sis. The study found that： the reform of Spain profession- al football come from the club＇s financial crisis; the new sports law in 1990 provided a legal basis for the football club＇s joint-stock reform; Professional Football League is the actual management of the league and it is a clear divi-sion of labor with the Spanish Football Federation; the re-structuring of Spain football club is not complete and the mode of market and government is coexistence ; the club＇s financial position is generally poor, Spain football devel-opment strategic orientation and the league interests allo-cation model led to this situation.
