摘要
作为基础教育阶段的学校体育已经进行了多次课程改革,也出台了一系列的文件,仍没有能够减缓其"被边缘化"的脚步。从学校体育所处的教育体制、客观环境及其自身的条件进行了剖析,认为学校体育被边缘化的原因有以下几个方面:第一,应试教育体制是其本源,不完善的风险保障制度加速了它的进程。第二,社会环境的变迁,生活方式的改变为青少年足不出户提供了便利,家长的过度保护进一步促使青少年远离体育。第三,流于形式的学校体育上的管理迫使体育成为可有可无的部分,以及校园场地的严重不足、师资力量的薄弱也加速了它被边缘化的步伐。
Although school physical education has under- gone reforms many times, a series of documents also is-sued, the pace of it being "marginalized" is far from slo-wing down. This paper examines the educational system where school physical education is a part, the objective environment and its own conditions, and summarizes some causes for school physical education being marginal- ized. First, the examination-oriented education system is its root cause, and the imperfect risk security system ac-celerates the marginalization process. Second, changes of social environment and lifestyles lead to the lack of physi-cal activity for teenagers, parents' over-protection of their children further keeping them away from sports. Third,the mere formality of school physical education manage- ment renders physical education unnecessary, a deficien-cy of play areas and a serious shortage of teachers acceler-ating the pace of it being marginalized.
