试论我国政府公共体育服务职能的完善

Improving Governmental Function of Public Sports Service

通过文献资料法、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国政府公共体育服务存在的问题和政府公共体育服务职能的界限进行了讨论。针对当前政府公共体育服务存在的问题和政府公共体育服务职能的界限,提出了完善政府公共体育服务职能的四条途径:首先,转变观念是根本;其次,加强法制建设是关键;第三,推进公共体育服务社会化是支撑;第四,重视其他配套服务的完善重要条件。

This article uses the methods of literature sear-ches and logic analysis to discuss the problems existing in the governments＇ public sports service and limitation of government function of public sports service. Four ways to improve governments＇ function of public sports service are suggested. First, a shift of notion is fundamental. Second, strengthening the legal system is the key. Third, socializa-tion of public sports service offers support. Fourth, im- provement of other relevant forms of service is also needed.
