摘要
内蒙古公益社会体育指导员现存五方面问题:数量不足、结构不合理、地域分布不均衡、培训体系不完善、没有组织管理,或者说,有组织但组织没有工作。基于此论述了机制运行的理念环节、组织环节、协调环节,提出了派遣制、网络化、院校化公益社会体育指导员的构想。
Five problems were identified in the manage-ment of volunteering social sports instructors in Inner Mongolia: shortage of instructors, an unreasonable struc-ture, imbalanced geographical distribution, an unsound training system, and lack of organizational management. In view of this, this paper discusses the notional, organi-zational and coordinating aspects of the operation of the mechanism, and puts forward the ideas of a dispatching system, virtual management and college involvement.
