摘要
综述1994年以来国内外在音乐在体育教学和运动训练中的应用的研究进展。表明,音乐有助于调动学生在体育课堂中的学习兴趣,提高教学效果和质量,运动前听音乐可以调节运动员情绪音乐,有助于提高速度或耐力,中低强度运动中听音乐可以减轻疲劳感,提高运动耐力,运动后听音乐能促进运动性疲劳的消除。
The authors summarized the information re-garding the progress of the researches on the application of music in physical education and exercising training, which had been done at home and abroad since 1994, and revealed the following findings: Music is helpful for arousing students' learning interest in physical classes and for improving the effect and quality in teaching; Listening to music before doing an exercise can adjust athletes emo-tions, helps to enhance speed or endurance; Listening to music during doing a medium or intensity exercise can a- bate the sense of fatigue and enhance endurance; Listen-ing to music after doing an exercise can promote the re-covery from kinetic fatigue.
