高职院校旅游教学实训基地现状与发展对策

Present Situation and Development Countermeasures of Training Base of Tourism Teaching in Vocational Colleges

高职院校出于就业率考虑,对实训基地的选择注重旅游企业是否愿意更多地接纳实习生,而旅游企业对旅游专业毕业生的培养目标基本上建立在企业的经济效益上,加之高职院校旅游专业在课程设置、师资条件、实训设施等方面都相对落后。这些现实问题使得旅游专业实习生的实践能力较差。实践基地的完善与发展是提高学生实践能力的主要出路。实训基地的发展在于旅游企业"教学"意识的树立与培养,而不是校内外实训基地硬件设施的完善程度。建立旅游行业的实训标准、革新高职院校的教学模式和加强对旅游企业的实地考察是提高旅游教学实效性的有效途径。

Because of realistic problems, practical ability ＂of tourism professional interns is poor. The improvement and development of practice base is the main way to improve students practical ability. The development of training base is to establish and to cultivate the ＂teaching＂ awareness of tourism enterprises, rather than the degree of perfec- tion of the internal and external training base hardware facilities. Establishing training standard of tourism industry, innovating teaching model of vocational colleges and strengthening on-the-spot investigation of tourism enterprises are the effective ways to improve the effectiveness of tourism teaching.
