财经类大学生个人特征因素与其企业社会责任取向关系实证研究 被引量:5

Empirical Research on the Interactive Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility Practice and Corporate Social Capital

摘要 随着经济的发展,社会除了要求企业履行其经济责任之外,更加关注其法律、伦理和慈善方面社会责任的履行状况。财经类大学生作为企业未来的管理者与领导人,其个人社会责任取向对企业履行社会责任的程度与方式起着不可忽视的作用。财经类大学生的性别、专业背景、年龄、政治面貌与地区因素对个人企业社会责任取向具有显著性影响,而家庭背景和信仰因素的影响并不显著。 With the development of the economy, the society asks enterprises to pay more attention to the practice of the social responsibility of legal, the ethic issues and the charitable issues rather than only to focus on the social eco-nomic responsibility practice. Students in finance and economics colleges, who are regarded as managers in the fu-ture, play an important role in deciding the means and attitude of future enterprise' s social responsibility practice. Their seven factors including gender, profession, age, political landscape, home area, family background and belief are considered. Among them, the factors of their gender, profession, age, political landscape and home area have a great influence on the performance of the individual social responsibility. However, the other two do not show signifi-cant effect.
