摘要
当前饭店业常以削价作为营销手段,但削价竞争导致了饭店产品及服务质量的下降,制约着饭店业的发展.在市场经济条件下,如何认识削价竞争,走出价格竞争的误区,寻求新的营销竞争策略,是饭店业发展的战略趋势。
Nowadays, price reduction is the usual practice in hotel marketing. But competition in this way may lead to a quality decline and restrict development of hotel. Under the market economy system in China, the strategic trend in the development of hotel industry is to give a good analysis of price reduction competition and seek new strategies in marketing competition.
