摘要
本文根据平朔集团有限公司井工三矿生产技术条件,通过UDEC模拟计算分析可知:当综放面过风氧化带时,端面顶板冒落呈拱形,其前拱脚位于前方煤壁内,而后拱脚位于支架顶梁上;当对端面顶板注浆加固时,端面顶板呈固支梁结构;结合理论分析,提出了防止端面冒顶应采取的措施,确定了井工三矿综放面过风氧化带期间端面顶板加固厚度。
The article is based on the technical conditions of Pingshuo Coal Industry Company No. 3 Coal Mine, through Calculating by UDEC simulation software, can know that face roof appear caving arch on the mechanized mining face via wind oxidization zone , its former arch foot locate in coal intramural, its rear arch foot locate on support beam; When grouting reinforce Face roof that appear structure of clamped beam; Combined theoretical analysis, and proposed the measures to be taken for preventing end face roof collapse, and determined the reinforcing thickness of face roof during the period of mechanized mining face via wind oxidization zone.
