摘要 本文基于DSP TMS320F28035和芯片SG3525以及智能驱动芯片IGD515,研制了一种深井中驱动双相感应交流电机地面供电电源驱动控制系统,该电源由多环节功率变换单元构成,采用电流和电压的PI调节器闭环系统,实现从单相AC110V工频/低压至双相AC600—AC1200V变频/中压的变换。实验表明,该供电电源具有体积小、重量轻、起动电流小、动态响应快、变压变频节能运行、智能化程度高等优点,可以在海洋油田测井行业内推广应用。 According to marine oil field adoption well - wall - core equipment features, a ground power supply is developed for a double -phase AC motor in deep well, based on based on DSP TMS320F28035 and SG3525 and smart drive IC IGD515, The power supply consist of the multi - link power conversions, adopted voltage and current PI regulator, realizing a single - phase AC110V common frequency/low voltage to the double -phase AC600 -AC1200V conversion. Experimental shows he power sup- ply has small size, light weight, small starting current, fast dynamic response, VVVF energy -saving operation, the advantages of higher intelligence. It can be promoted application in the marine oil well testing industry.
