探究高校离退休工作中服务与管理的契合——以华北科技学院为例

本文以华北科技学院离退休服务管理工作为例,在分析高校离退休人员特征的基础上探究离退休服务与管理工作的辩证统一的契合点。不断创新和提升服务管理工作理念、方法和途径,建设和谐、美丽校园。

The paper is intended to explore the corresponding point of the service and administration for the retired staff in schools of higher education, taking the service and administration of the North China Institute of Science and technology for an example. First it analyzes the characteristics of the retired staff in our institute. Then it provides suggestions to innovate and improve the ideas, ways and means of the service in order to build a harmonious and beautiful campus.
