Due to the differences in social systems, historical conditions, penalty purposes, ideological and cultural contents, prison facilities and administrations tend to be different in various countries around the world. The United States are relatively progressive and systematic in their prison system. They have accumulated a wealth of successful experience in performing psychological rectification of offenders, conducting occupational and technical education among inmates, and strengthening the training of prison staff, which is worth learning and can be used for our reference.
