党的十七大以来,民生问题成为党和国家关注的重大问题。保障和改善民生法治是必然选择。从近年淮北市司法保障和改善民生的实践及成果来看,探讨保障和改善民生的法治实现路径选择,对丰富民生法治建设理论和推动司法保障民生的实践具有重大意义。

Since the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, people＇s livelihood has become a major concern of the Party and the state. To protect and improve the livelihood of the people and the rule of law are the inevitable choice. For over three years, Huaibei City gains abundant experience and achieve- ments in its judicial practice in protection and improvement of people＇s livelihood. It shows that exploring the choices in the legal realization of protection and improvement of people＇s livelihood is of great significance to en- riching theories on the rule of law and promoting the legal practice in protecting people＇s livelihood.
