摘要 本文介绍在智能电网和信息化技术不断发展的背景下,提出建立高压设备红外热成像在线检测与故障辅助诊断管理系统。提出了系统的具体结构和实施措施:建立远程智能化红外在线监测手段、红外专业数据库服务器端数据分类存储、远程调用数据库中的红外图片及相关知识库智能分析红外图片。通过实例说明了使用该系统进行检修工作的流程及取得的实际效果,创造了红外热像技术在电力设备故障诊断中的新的应用和管理方式,提高了变电设备红外成像监测的专业化、智能化、实时化、信息化、系统化水平,是智能电网综合在线监测数据平台建设重要组成部分。 This paper describes that under the background of the development of smart power grid and theinformation technology, building high voltage equipment infrared on-line monitoring and fault assistant di- agnosis management system as well as the specific system structure and measures is put forward, such as, building the method of remote intelligent infrared on-line monitoring, data classification to store in spe- cialty infrared database server, the remote call of the infrared images and related knowledge base for in- telligence analysis the infrared images. Besides, it explains the overhaul process by using the system and its results through the example, which creates the new way of application and management about infrared technique in power equipment fault diagnosis, and improves the level of specialization, intelligentialize, real-time, information and systematization of the electrical equipment infrared imaging monitoring. In conclusion, it is an important part of smart power grid comprehensive on-line monitoring data platform.
