摘要
农村低电压产生的原因主要在硬件设施和运行管理两个方面,消除农村低电压的措施也应从这两方面着手;合理配备配电变压器和供电线路符合要求是关键;同时,加强农网供电运行管理,做好无功补偿自动投切、消除三相不平衡等工作,农村用户的低电压现象可基本消除。
The causes of low voltage in rural grid are mainly in two aspects of hardware facilities and oper- ation management, the measures to eliminate rural low voltage must be made from the two aspects. To e- quip with distribution transformer reasonably and make power supply circuit conform to requirements are the key. At the same time, strengthening the supply operation management of rural power grid, comple- ting the automatic cutting of reactive power compensation, eliminating the three-phase imbalance and so on, then low voltage phenomenon of rural users can be eliminated basically.
