A Comparative Study of JIT Purchase Based on Supply Chain and Supply and Demand Network

采购作为企业生产经营中的重要环节,采购时间、采购成本以及采购的物料品种等是企业进行采购所必须考虑的因素。SCJIT采购在为企业按时提供所需物料的同时,不可避免地暴露了其自身局限性。将SDN理念应用于JIT采购中的SDNJIT采购模式,相比于SCJIT采购具有一定的优越性,诸如采购时间较短,采购成本较低,采购物料的品种丰富、质量可以得到保证等,是企业执行采购计划的一种全新选择。

As a key link, purchase is important for enterprises＇ production and operation, and such factors as time, cost, varieties and quality of materials must be taken into consideration. SC-JIT purchase has its own limitations while providing materials on time. This paper applies the concept of SDN to JIT purchase and presents a new purchase pattern of SDN-JIT purchase. With shorter purchase time, lower cost, more varieties and better quality of materials, SDN-JIT purchase is superior to SC-JIT purchase and becomes a new choice when enterprises carry out their purchase plans.
