摘要
哈贝马斯的"交往资质"由认知资质、话语资质和角色资质三个方面组成。从事高校思政课教学的师生应具备四种交往资质:道德知识储备和思想政治理论修养、规范话语的言说能力、包容胸怀和开放姿态、反思能力。师生交往资质提升对拓展高校思政课课堂、丰富高校思政课教学文本、创新高校思政课教学方法具有重要意义。
The concept of Habermas' s communicative competence consists of three aspects: the cognitive competence, discourse competence and role competence. The college teachers and stu- dents engaged in ideological and political teaching activities must have the four communicative competences as, firstly, reserves of moral knowledge and the sel^cultivation of ideological and po- litical theories, secondly, the speaking ability of normative discourse, thirdly, an inclusive mind and open attitude, and lastly, the ability to reflect. The improvement of the communicative com- petence of the college teachers and students is of great significance to the expanding of ideological and political teaching course, the enrichment of its text, and the methodological innovation in ide- ological and political teaching.
