无地面垂直条件邻接暗挖隧道侧置竖井式盾构转场关键技术 被引量:3

摘要 深圳地铁5号线怡—黄区间隧道设前后邻接的盾构段与矿山段。盾构自怡景路站始发后,于沿河路至深南路右转匝道设盾构吊出井,后由于交通及管线限制,改为扩挖区间矿山段施工横通道,设接应段,洞内水平加固+素混凝土填充。盾构机出洞进入接应段,拆除螺旋输送机,主机分段解体、转体、平移,通过侧置竖井吊出转场,螺旋输送机及后配套后退至始发井吊出转场。该转场方式为国内首例,克服了繁华城区富水上软下硬地层、无降水条件下大断面扩挖及水平加固难题,完全避免了对繁华地段交通干扰,充分显示了技术复杂性与方案优越性,社会效益良好。 Yijing Road station - Huangbeiling station on Shenzhen metro line 5 with neighboring tunnels located adjacent in front of and next to the shield section and the mining section. The shield comes out of tunnel and goes into the transition section. The screw conveyor is dismantled and the host is disassembled, swiveled, level shifted segment by segment, by the side shaft for site transition. The screw conveyor and the back-ups are retreated and hanged out of the starting shaft. To overcome the difficulties in the rich water soft-top and hard bottom stratum, to overcome the difficulties of large section excavation without ground-water lowering condition and proper horizontal reinforcement, interruption to traffic to the downtown bustling area is completely avoided.
