The paper introduces the basic situation of the metro system with all kinds of unexpected incidents and accidents occurred, and in-depth analysis on cause of accidents and action taken process. Accordingly the conclusion works out influencing factors of metro emergency command. Based on the influence factors, an emergency command management evaluation index system is established.
