结合成都地铁1号线皂角树车辆段、2号线洪柳车辆段在运营前接管期间出现的影响安全生产、设备设施调试、人员管理等问题,分析地铁车辆段在接管期间产生问题的原因并提出解决方法。对地铁试运营的顺利开通具有十分重要的意义。

By taking into consideration of Zaojiaoshu depot on Chengdu metro line 1 and Hongliu depot on line 2, the paper describes the problems occurred during takeover period before commercial operations, which have impact on production safety, commissioning of equipment and facilities, personnel management etc. It makes analysis on the problems occurred in metro depot during the takeover and the causes and it puts forward some solutions.
