湖北省综合性医院医务人员身心健康状况影响因素研究

Research on the Physical and Mental Status and Its Related Factors of the Hospital Medical Staff in Hubei Province

目的了解湖北省综合性医院医务人员的身心健康状态,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rating Sheet,SSRS)作为调查工具,随机抽取湖北省4所综合性医院371名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果调查医务人员中,除人际关系敏感和敌对外,其他因子分均显著高于全国常模(P<0.05);女性SCL-90躯体化、焦虑、敌对、恐怖及精神病性因子得分均显著高于男性(P<0.05);不同职称各因子间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同文化程度各因子间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外向型性格、对工作满意及主观支持程度高是医务人员身心健康的保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论湖北省综合性医院医务人员身心健康状况总体低于全国平均水平,男性较女性好,不同文化程度医务人员差异有统计学意义,外向型性格、对工作满意及主观支持程度高,有助于改善医务人员的身心健康状态。

Objectives To investigate the physical and mental health status of medical staffs in comprehensive hos- pitals of Hubei province, and to analyze its related factors. Methods 371 medical staffs in 4 comprehensive hospitals of Hubei province were randomly selected and investigated by questionnaires including symptom check list 90（SCL- 90） and social support rating sheet （SSRS）. Results Except interpersonal and hostility of SCL-90, all factors scored significantly higher than those of the national norm （P^0.05）. Females had a higher scores on socialization, anxie- ty, hostility, phobia and psychoticism than males （P%0.05）. There was no significant difference in factors scores of SCL-90 among different professional t/ties （P^0.05）. The difference of factors＇ scores were significant among levels of education （P^0.05）. Regression analysis showed that extroversion, vocational satisfaction and subjective support were protective factors of the physical and mental health of medical staff. Conclusions Medical staff in com- prehensive hospitals of Hubei province had worse physical and health than general population, males were better than females, and there is significantly difference among levels of education, extroversion, vocational satisfaction, and subjective support can contribute to improvement of the mental health.
